Immediate and irrevocable acceptance of all institutional protocols.

By utilizing any software, terminal scripts, or technical indicators provided by IXTradingHub, you enter into a binding legal contract. Usage constitutes your digital signature of acceptance. If you do not agree to every clause within this document, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing any IXTradingHub infrastructure.

Absolute finality for all digital goods and data access.

IXTradingHub operates on a STRICT ZERO-REFUND POLICY. Due to the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property and live institutional data-streams, all payments are final at the point of transaction. No partial refunds, no prorated credits, and no exceptions. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate permanent expulsion from the ecosystem and referral to industry fraud-tracking databases.

IXTradingHub is a software provider, not a financial entity.

YOU AGREE THAT IXTRADINGHUB HOLDS ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. We provide advanced data visualization tools, not financial advice. No part of our ecosystem guarantees profit. You trade entirely at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim is capped at $0.00 to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Aggressive legal protection against vexatious litigation.

By using this service, you agree that if you initiate any legal action or arbitration against IXTradingHub and do not obtain a judgment in your favor for at least 100% of the damages sought, you shall be liable for all of IXTradingHub's legal fees, court costs, and hourly administrative expenses. Furthermore, IXTradingHub reserves the right to counter-sue for defamation and business disruption resulting from unfounded litigation.

Global regulatory alignment for data and software usage.

Our infrastructure aligns with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, you acknowledge that our terminal operates as a technical analysis suite and not as a regulated financial brokerage under any jurisdiction (Securities Act of 1933, etc.). All disputes are governed by individual binding arbitration.

No warranties for uptime, accuracy, or data integrity.

IXTradingHub disclaims all warranties. We are not responsible for exchange-side outages (Binance, TradingView), API failures, internet latency, or mathematical errors in indicator calculations. You are expected to maintain independent verification of all market entries.

Proprietary software and trade secrets are strictly guarded.

Unauthorized reproduction, decompiling of scripts, or scraping of the terminal data-feed is a violation of international copyright law. We will vigorously pursue any individual or entity attempting to leak, share, or resell our proprietary indicator logic.

User obligation to protect the platform from third-party claims.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IXTradingHub from any third-party claims resulting from your use of the platform. This includes covering all legal defense costs and settlements incurred by IXTradingHub as a result of your actions.

Unilateral right to modify terms or terminate access.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. We further reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform, including paid subscriptions, at our sole discretion if we detect any suspicious or harmful activity, with no refund obligation.
