BY USING IXTRADINGHUB INDICATORS OR TOOLS, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS. This policy ensures the protection of our algorithmic intellectual property.
1. Digital Asset Finality
Immediate delivery of institutional intellectual property.
IXTradingHub provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Due to the nature of our precision indicators, real-time terminal data, and institutional algorithmic logic, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once access is granted to our TradingView scripts or terminal data-streams, no refunds shall be issued.
2. Absolute Zero-Refund Policy
No partial, prorated, or discretionary refunds.
By utilizing any software provided by IXTradingHub, you automatically agree to our strict Zero-Refund policy. This applies to all subscription tiers (Monthly, Yearly) and Lifetime access modules. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or 'change of mind' scenarios.
3. Subscription Lifecycle Management
Total user control over future billing cycles.
Users maintain total control over their subscription status via the account dashboard. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, your institutional access will remain active until the conclusion of the current paid billing period.
4. Technical Integrity & Performance
Support-first resolution for technical irregularities.
If you encounter a genuine technical failure that prevents the operation of our software, you must notify our engineering team via Discord or email within 48 hours. Refunds are exclusively evaluated based on documented technical impossibility that our team cannot resolve within 7 business days.
5. Chargeback & Dispute Protocol
Strict enforcement against fraudulent payment disputes.
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or Stripe is a violation of these terms. Such actions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, expulsion from all community servers, and blacklisting from the IXTradingHub ecosystem.
